A man known as the office asking for some advice. He and his wife had been separated for over 6 months. She was still living inside the matrimonial home and he had moved out into a flat. The arrangement was that she would get a job and put the house out there and they could then split the cash and each buys a smaller comfy house. The split was a mutual 1 as each parties had had affairs. His wife had created no try to marketplace the property and kept producing excuses as to why not.
